All products purchased online or in store within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for other products in our store of the same value.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for the following cases:
1)In-Stock products/packing are not eligible for exchange as a result of courier mishandling or damage during courier services.
2)In-Stock products/packing are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defects or QC issues by factory.
